BLACKBURN ROVERS

Blackburn Rovers (London & District) Supporters Club

The Blackburn Rovers (London & District) Supporters Club was formed in 1976. Its aim is unite fellow supporters based in the south of England for continued association with Blackburn Rovers. The Club is officially recognised and affiliated to the Blackburn Rovers Football Club Supporters Association.

Each season we sponsor a match ball at a selected Rovers home game, and combine this with the presentation of our previous seasons Player of the Year trophy. Football, Cricket, Darts and Pool teams are selected (dependant on season) throughout the year. Social events are organised, these include an Annual Dinner (also attended by Rovers officials) held on a selected Friday prior to a London fixture.

Other events include yearly Golf, Pitch and Putt, and Tennis tournaments with midweek events including a Mystery Pub Crawl and quizzes arranged at least twice throughout the year. Our 'Many Miles from Home' newsletter is provided for members, giving local details from home and abroad, keeping its fellow supporters up to date.

Travel to Rovers' games is usually by train or minibus with cars to midweek matches.

The Club has a ticket co-ordinator for members to contact for match tickets through Ewood. The membership for last season totalled 265, and subscription rates for this season are as follows: £8.00 Individual over 16 and Household, £3.50 Individual under 16, OAP and disabled.
